First known performance of "Fall on Me" though Michael said it was the 2nd time they played it.
The unknown song was probably a Michael Stipe improv.
Warren Zevon guested on "The Factory"

Partial setlist
"So. Central Rain" was Michael and Peter as a duo
"Moon River" was aborted when fans started booing. The band decided to walk offstage and cancel the remainder of the planned encore.
"Fall on Me" was preceeded by Michael telling a story about Elvis.
The version of "Bad Day" was a very early rough demo. It would not be recorded officially until 2004.
Note from R.E.M. Timeline: Because of a leaky roof at some point in the day or two before the gig the event organizers were concerned about water damage to the auditorium floor. For this reason a large, square section of the floor directly in front of the centre of the stage was sectioned off. This meant that the crowd couldn't get very close to the band for most of the show. Luckily near the end Michael took his chances and jumped down (with a long mike cord) and sang the last few songs right up next to the audience on the floor at floor level.
Notes from R.E.M. Timeline: Towards the end of the show Stipe confronts an annoying Nazi supporter. Both 'Feeling Gravitys Pull' and 'Gardening At Night' were cut short because the audience was getting out of hand. I think it was one guy who was being a jerk, and it sounds like he got kicked out. After '1,000,000', Stipe does some a capella that includes what will be lyrics from 'Finest Worksong' and 'King Of Birds'
Partial setlist. Show began with a Michael/Peter duo rendition of "So. Central Rain" due to the fact it was raining heavily.
Partial setlist.
Note from R.E.M. Timeline:
When Stipe and Mills attempted switching microphones for 'Superman', Stipe somehow hopelessly tangled the two microphone cords. A roadie had to come onstage and untangle the microphones while Stipe stood motionless with one hand supporting his chin and the other arm across his chest supporting the chin arm. During this time the rest of the band decided to play 'Underneath The Bunker' (sans Stipe)
