This concert is a part of Springsteen lore known as the Bomb Scare Show. 45 minutes into the performance, a bomb threat was called in, so the venue was evacuated for three hours. No bomb was ever found. The band returned at midnight after passing the time by going to a local bar (according to Bruce himself, the Pfister Hotel) and when they come back it is evident Bruce had a few drinks.
